How we file corporate tax in the UAE
Send your records
Trial balance or management accounts, trade licence and TRN. WhatsApp or email works.
We compute and prepare
Corporate tax computation and return prepared, with a fixed fee agreed before work starts.
Approve, we submit
You review and approve. We handle the corporate tax submission and send you the confirmation.
Optimise your corporate tax liability before the return is filed
Filing is compliance. Optimising is knowing which reliefs and elections apply to you, and claiming them inside the return, where most of them live.
Small Business Relief
Revenue up to AED 3 million? You may elect Small Business Relief and pay no corporate tax this year. The election is made in the return itself.
Free zone 0% rate
Free zone companies meeting the qualifying conditions keep the 0% rate on qualifying income. We test your eligibility before you file, not after.
Tax losses carried forward
Losses declared properly this year offset up to 75% of future profits. Declared wrongly, or not at all, and the benefit is lost.
Adjustments & deductions
Interest caps, entertainment at 50%, non-deductible fines. We make the adjustments that legitimately lower taxable income and skip the ones that invite penalties.
Most of these choices are made inside the return and are hard to reverse. The time to optimise is before submission, not after.
Choose the level of cover that fits
Every plan is a fixed fee, quoted before we start. Not sure which fits? Send the form or WhatsApp us and we will tell you straight.
