The tax content on this website describes UAE corporate tax law as we understand it at the review date shown on each page. It is written to be accurate and is referenced to the Corporate Tax Law, Cabinet and Ministerial Decisions and published Federal Tax Authority guidance.
It is not tax advice. It does not take account of your circumstances, and you should not act on it alone. Legislation and FTA guidance change, and pages may not reflect the latest position at the moment you read them. Before acting, take advice on your own facts.

No engagement is created by this website
Submitting a form, calling, or messaging us does not create a professional relationship. We act for you only once scope, fees and terms are agreed in a signed engagement letter, and once we have completed the client acceptance and anti-money-laundering checks we are required to perform.
Quotes and fees
Any fee mentioned on this site or in an initial reply is an indication based on the information available at that point. A binding fee is the one stated in your engagement letter. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Information you give us should be accurate and complete.
- Do not submit confidential or client-privileged material through website forms.
- Do not use this site unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
Intellectual property
The content, structure and design of this site belong to us. You may read it, print it and quote from it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own or resell it.
